We’re always trying to make communicating with your patients easier! If you have a local phone number linked to your message center, patients can now dial that number and be connected to your pharmacy’s main line.
If a patient texts the number 877-621-2520 (PrescribeWellness’ previous generic text messaging phone number) they will receive this auto response: This number is no longer in service. Call your local pharmacy for the new text message number.
Send more OnDemand calls at once! You can now send OnDemand messages to up to 500 patients at once (the previous limit was 400).
Patient Engagement Center
You can now see the status of a patient’s phone number on their patient profile. For instance, if a voice campaign is unsuccessfully sent to a patient because the number is no longer in service, that will be notated near the patient’s phone number on their profile (illustrated below).
Administration Site and Administration Route are going to be added to the vaccine fax, as these are critical pieces of information for physicians.
Vaccine names will be updated to be standardized across all parts of VaccineComplete, including the Patient Profile, the Vaccine History section, and the Patient Opportunities printout.
You can now print any or all events from the day view of the custom calendar. This is a great option if your pharmacy would like to create “to-do lists” for that day.
If there are more than 3 All Day events on the custom calendar the events will be hidden. To access the list of multiple events, users will see a clickable chiclet (illustrated below)
If an event spans multiple days, it will now be notated within the Time/Date field (illustrated below).
There will be two new fields added to PrescribeCare:
- Recipient of Assessment
- Cognitive Status.
Recipient of Assessment will allow you to notate whether you were conducting the encounter with someone other than the patient, such as a caregiver or nurse. Cognitive Status allows you to notate whether the patient is cognitively impaired, which is required information when submitting encounters to certain insurance plans.
You can now notate that their patients are participating in a Chronic Care Management (CCM) program within their patient profile (illustrated below).
