Like reading all these release notes? Great! You will now see a notification within your PEC when new release notes are available. This will be displayed in the bell icon on the PEC (illustrated below).
Behavioral Interview questions and SOAP notes were not saving to the patient profile. This has been addressed.
Some users were receiving error messages when trying to fax physicians for patients that had partial refills remaining. This has been addressed.

For non-PharmacyGrowth members who tried exporting the Missed Refills page, there were no RX #s within the export file. This has been addressed.
For non-PharmacyGrowth members who tried printing the Missed Refills page, RX#s were displaying as “undefined.” This has been addressed.
For non-PharmacyGrowth members who tried exporting the Missed Refills page, the alphabetical sort was being changed. This has been addressed.
When creating customized texts, you will see a new clickable link available. This will lead you to our customized texting guidelines on University. To navigate to that resource from the Create New SMS Campaign window, click where it says For Guidelines, click here (illustrated below).
After scheduling an OnDemand campaign, the list of patients or phone numbers was not populating under the Scheduled tab. This has been addressed.
Certain posts scheduled from the Drafts tab were missing the image. This has been addressed.
Drafts were not being saved if no network was selected while creating the draft. This has been addressed.
There is a new template available called Diabetes Management. This will also add a Diabetes Assessment tab within this type of encounter, so you can log more detailed information relevant to a diabetes encounter (illustrated below).
You can now edit all fields on the Edit Drug Details tab for patient-reported medications. This will make it easier to ensure all the information within an encounter is up-to-date!
Confused before? Its now much easier to determine if a patient is opted in or out of communications (illustrated below). If a bubble is colored orange, the patient is opted in for that type of communication.
Want to space out your notes? You can now use the “enter” key on your keyboard to space out patient notes (like you would in an email or word document!).
Save some clicks! You will now be brought to the correct tab within the Edit Patient window after selecting to edit information.
There will now be a Hepatitis B, Adult dosage vaccine option available within VaccineComplete.
