Patient Engagement Center Updates
We’ve updated the filtering capabilities for programs! The filter has been renamed Any Program Enrollment Status (previously titled “Any Program Status”) with the options to filter by Enrolled, Unenrolled, or Declined.
We’ve also added a new filter called Any Program Action Status with the options to filter by Open or Completed. With this new filter you can filter patients from current or previous programs.
We’ve changed the way we are sending patient consent messages! Now, patients will receive a text consent message only after they fill a maintenance medication at your pharmacy, if you are currently using our texting capabilities. This message will only be sent once. To ensure that your patients are fine with receiving text message updates!
Certain phone numbers were not displaying on some pharmacies’ NCL list. This has been addressed.
Some users were experiencing an issue when editing a vaccination: the ‘Guardian Relationship’ field would not save the updated value. This has been addressed.
The Last Updated date that appears under the patient name in the PrescribeCare list view has been appearing incorrectly. This has been addressed.
Certain users were experiencing an issue in which a physician’s phone number is populated rather than their fax number when creating a new fax in the Message Center. This has been addressed.
Some users were unable to send OnDemands texts from the Clinical Calendars. This has been addressed.
Some users were unable to send OnDemands campaigns from the Custom Calendar. This has been addressed.
Some patients are experiencing an issue when attempting to use the dial back feature to connect back to a pharmacy after receiving a voice campaign. This has been addressed.
