Communication Updates                   

Good news! Now everyone can set up Interactive Refill Reminder (IRR) campaigns. If your pharmacy’s dispensing system is not currently supported by RxAPI, you still have the option to send a refill request message to patients via text message. If the patient responds stating that they would like the medication refilled, you will receive the below message in your Message Center:

 “Refill for Rx#XXXX has been requested. Please submit to your dispensing system.

Update to patient groups! To create a better experience, patient groups will now be visible within patient profiles 24 hours after they have been set up. To request new patient groups for your pharmacy, please contact our Client Solutions team at (800) 960-8147

Bug Fixes & Other Issues                  

Some users were experiencing an issue with the PEC freezing after adding phone numbers to the NCL. This has been addressed.

Some users were experiencing an issue with the contact information not listing completely on outbound faxes. This has been addressed.

Certain accounts were unable to filter by patient group. This has been addressed.

Some patient text message replies were not displayed in their Message Center. This has been addressed.

Some refill reminder text messages being sent to patient have duplicate Rx numbers. This has been addressed.

Certain users who scheduled OnDemand campaigns saw their status was stuck as New, and the campaigns were not being sent. This has been addressed.

Some On Demand campaigns were stuck in the scheduled tab on the Connections page. This has been addressed.

Some users were having issues trying to mark a patient as Declined for StarWellness. This has been addressed.
